Membership and growth of World Religions

If a religion is defined as a cohesive body of people that share the same beliefs and organization, but are distinct doctrinally from all other peoples, then Jehovahs Witnesses and Mormons can be treated as individual religions although part of Christianity. If we include only those religions with over a million adherents, then the Jehovah’s Witnesses and Mormons have the fastest overall growth rate of any religion.
